Candles and apples.......I wonder if they will be the next inanimate objects to become animate and try to eat me. Maybe I should talk to someone about these thoughts....I wonder if they can be controlled with medication....food for thought!

Ahhhh.......more napkins. Almost soothing. Until....you realize that they have become animate objects!!!

Flowers! Ugh....I think I am going soft. All of these shots are of flowers. Next it's going to be drawings of unicorns. Uh-oh.

Some more cutlery and glasses. I think that glass is much cooler when it is broken, but my mother was going to bury me alive if I broke her special glassware. *sigh* Oh the perils of creative photography!

This is my other napkin shot. Luckily for all of us, they have again become inanimate.

I thought that this shot was a bit interesting. I think that I moved my arm a little during the shutter rotation. Now it sort of looks like the napkins are moving. Uh-oh! Attack of the inanimate-but-now-animate objects!

"The Thanksgiving Table" - (you can see my lack of brains when that was the most exciting name I could think up)

Mardi gras!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oooooh, colors....

SOMBREROS!!!! Well......only the edge. My gigantic sombrero was to gigantic to fit in the frame. Right now it is sitting on my stuffed little elephant.

Fiery.........stuff. WAIT! Let us all mourn another loss of Thought.

Crud! I really, cannot, for the life of me, remember what I was going to say....... :(

Look! Fake apples in a fake leaf bowl! O...M...G...

"Metal Leaves....the movie you must narrate yourself!" coming this January....in select theaters only......(all of this said in a deep and manly voice)

Fire...................watch out Dr. Stocker......it is coming for you..... :D

Spidery web! (But I think all of the spiders got frozen off.)

Birdy house! I hope there are no freezing little birdies inside...but if there are, they are probably enormously fat, like all other birdies we see, and can use there extra padding.

It looks like a dead branch, it tastes like a dead branch, but is it really a dead branch?

-PS. No actual tasting of dead branches happened in this experiment.

-PPS. No dead branches were harmed in this experiment.

Berries, berries, all covered in snow....aw crud! I can't think of anything that rhymes.
Mwahaha! I now have 60 pictures taken, posted and fantasticallized (a new word made up by yours truly. Fantasticallized means "to be made fantastic by someone") and I still have over 300 to go! (305 if you are an itchy technicalities person) These next few posts I am focusing on winter (I know that I have a lot of focuses) and snowy stuff. I like snow.... Hope you enjoy these next posts, but if you don't, well....you will. :)

I thought that this shot was a bit cool, in the progression of stepping stones. I had tried to make foot prints on the snow at first, but after deciding it was crud I let the snow cover it and tried again. I think that this looks much better.

A snowy little pathway into the Great Beyond!

More little Japanese Maple leaves! An abundance of Japanese Maple leaves!

Our Japanese Maple is slowly losing weight. In fact, it now looks like a bunch of sticks glued together and covered with snow. Poor little tree.

I love this shot. Probably my best of the day. Although....nah. Its the best.

I swear, these flowers are scaring me! They all decide to suddenly come out all of a sudden just yesterday! Agh! Attack of the mysterious flowers! (These are not normal flowers!)

Icy flowers...poor little icy flowers....*sigh*

The flowers must be really cold...poor flowers...I kind of want to put a little blanket on them.

Our flowers seem confused. They decided to bloom just yesterday. Hmm....we have weird flowers...

So we have just had, officially, 1 full inch of snow!...on Mercer Island! It is 29 degrees out and I am freezing my butt off. This was my backyard this morning.

The old married couple reading the paper. That's the real boat life.

The unsuccessful fisherman....I did not see any fish coming out of the water's depths that evening.

The little sailorette...cute.

Morning sunrise in the harbor.

The masts of boats against the sunset.
